About us

Quicklisters is a group of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers (RICS), commercial managers, marketing strategists and Solicitors. Our aim is to provide you with expert advice on buying and selling property and to actively facilitate the successful completion of property sales for our clients in a fast, effective and highly professional manner.

Quicklisters has been under new ownership and management since mid-2020 and has rapidly developed its network throughout the North West and Donegal.

As a Quicklisters client, you will work directly with a dedicated account manager who has expert knowledge of your property and the surrounding area to ensure that a smart, strategic plan is in place to best deal with your needs, whether that's selling a property or buying a new home or investment property.

We are not a traditional estate agency. We take a new approach that builds on a network of core skills to deliver results fast. We are committed to provide the best possible quality of service, whether this is by the latest marketing techniques or by the application of traditional face-to-face interaction to ensure we meet all clients, buyers and sellers needs.

We operate according to ISO Quality Management Standards 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 as well as complaints handling procedure as regulated by the RICS.

  • There will be RICS Chartered Surveyors appointed to the project with extensive practical experience.
  • The Surveyor will actively work with our marketing team on how to market your property to the correct audience and a clear understanding of potential purchasers using detailed demographic analysis, buyer & seller profiling and marketing analytics designed to maximise the exposure of your property to the relevant audience.
  • At Quicklisters, we endeavour to understand the client's commercial interests and will give open and transparent updates throughout the sales process on any potential purchasers and our view on the current market.
  • Any bidders or potential purchasers will be asked to provide full proof of funding prior to any bids being accepted on the property to ggive you the confidence and assurance you need as you move through the conveyancing process.
